Artist Lauren Brincat collaborated with community gardeners, plant enthusiasts and horticultural experts around the new Tallawong Metro Station to create The Plant Library. A set of sculptural greenhouses were home to dozens of species, from edible flora grown by locals to plants that form part of the Darug cultural practices. The architectural structure of the greenhouses informed the design of the identity. Using modular shapes that extend and grow depending on the content. It also formed a structured grid that was used as a base for all elements.
