Canva FoundationThe Canva Foundation exists to empower people everywhere to create safe, free and happy lives. Guided by Canva’s value of being a force for good, the Foundation is built around a simple two-step plan that sits at the heart of its mission: first, to build one of the most valuable companies in the world, and second, to do the most good possible. This commitment is delivered through donating profit and equity back into the community, including Canva’s participation in the global 1% pledge, giving 1% of profit, equity, product or time to causes that matter. In practice, this includes providing free access to Canva for non-profit organisations, as well as students and educators worldwide.

The Foundation’s identity lives within the core Canva brand, while subtly referencing the two-step plan through a visual system of layered imagery and gradients that stack and grow in motion. By leading with people-focused imagery and leaning into Canva’s secondary colour palette, the system keeps the focus on the communities being supported.
